Artist's Description
This is a watercolor view of Riley and Sutter Streets in the historic part of Folsom, California. Nearby historic points include the Folsom Powerhouse State Historic Park, Folsom Historical Society Museum, Rainbow Bridge, and the many little shops that are in buildings built in the late 1800's to the early 1900's. About 1 1/2 miles away is Folsom Prison. Behind the building with the sign, Scarlet's, is the Powerhouse Pub. The Pub is a local favorite with live music entertainment.
